Harm Reduction Outreach-The program objective is to break isolation of drug users, educate service users about safe use strategies, provide safe drug use equipment, provide support and referrals, and to provide job training and life skills to substance users. This service is anonymous, so no registration happens. The program runs on Mondays from 1:00-2:00pm and Fridays from 10:00am – 11:00am

When the Needle Exchange is closed, you can receive supplies (with the exception of the safer crack use kits) at our reception desk. Needle Exchange is also available through our Street Outreach Program, available Tuesdays and Thursdays (5:00pm - 10:00pm) and on weekends. To speak with an outreach worker, please call 416-451-8000 during our outreach hours.
